  • A partnership hip to hip- I consider each and every one of my clients as a meaningful relationship. We will work side by side to accomplish your goals. Everything we do will be specifically tailored for YOUR development.

  • On-Call Advisory & Support- During our work together there will be times that you may feel you need to reach out to me in-between sessions. I am open to receiving texts and setting up times to have phone calls during those times.

The Process

Alignment

The Coaching Process begins with a virtual or in-person alignment and rapport session, where we will identify the goals of the coaching objectives, milestones, and overall expectations. We will spend time building a foundation of trust and rapport, and assess strength of Mindset, Character, Competence and Commitment. Most importantly, we will assess where you are today, and create an action plan for where you are headed!

Assessment

Through well tested formal and informal assessment utilization, we will be able to identify some your greatest strengths that you posses as well as development needs. I utilize a the proprietary MLEI assessment, pioneered by John Mattone, that been utilized by thousands of leaders, executives and government officials across the globe to measure current leadership and mindset maturity. We will also work together to identify key people in your life, both personally and professionally, for 360-feedback. This initial data will give us an incredible starting place as we move into the awareness and action phases together.

Awareness

Together, we will begin to look at strengths, weaknesses, and feedback from others to identify common themes in areas we can continue to leverage as well as pinpoint areas of greatest opportunity. It is important for us during this phase to be open to feedback. It is also equally as important to accept the fact that you have incredible gifts that we can harness for your growth.

Action

I will work with you closely on building a Vision Statement for your life personally and professionally. Your Vision Statement is what keeps you foundational and accountable to the goals you have set for yourself with my partnership on this journey.

Achievement

Together we will create specific plan that I call the Individual Performance Plan In your IPP, we will clearly define and implement new ways of thinking and actions that are aligned with your Vision Statement and the leader you are called to become.Throughout this process, we will course correct, refine and measure how you are feeling with a new approach towards your growth.
